11) Payments & Refunds

If you purchase services from Climbable LLC, payment terms will be provided in a separate agreement, proposal, scope of work, or invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of services and may incur additional administrative costs to the extent permitted by law.

12) Cancellations

Cancellation terms for ongoing or recurring services (if any) will be stated in your service agreement or invoice. If no cancellation terms are provided, you may request cancellation by providing written notice, and services will end at the conclusion of the then-current billing period.
